XPO Logistics rents another 20,000 square metres of logistics space in Distriport Tilburg. With this, the logistics service provider rents a total of 62,500 square metres from real estate company ProDelta.
ProDelta started construction of distribution complex Distriport Tilburg in phases in 2015, at business park Vossenberg West Vossenberg West II directly adjacent to barge terminal Tilburg.

The complex has a floor area of 62,500 square metres, divided into six units. XPO already leased the first four units. Unit five and six were recently completed and also leased to XPO Logistics. The distribution complex provides employment for 1,000 employees.
