Crown is launching its own app for customers who have questions about servicing their forklift trucks. A rental request can also be made via the app.
Forklift users who have a repair or maintenance request submit it via the app, and they are then automatically linked to a maintenance expert. For rental forklifts, contact can be made directly via the app. A Crown employee will then come on the line to discuss users' individual needs.
The company says that by launching the new Crown app, it wants to ensure that customers get maximum value for their investment. The intralogistics specialist is launching the app in the Netherlands and Belgium, for both iOS and Android smartphones.
