Boltrics enters the the Spanish logistics market. To this end, the logistics software provider has entered into a strategic partnership with Spain's Grupo Sofkia.

Boltrics is already active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Iceland, Norway, Poland, UK and Sweden. By partnering with Grupo Sofkia, the technology reference company in the Murcia region, Boltrics says it is increasing its international partner network. In the future, Boltrics hopes to expand into Latin America as well.

Like Boltrics, Sofkia is a certified Microsoft Gold Partner, working with over 100 technology partners in Spain and Latin America. For the logistics sector, Sofkia did not yet have a suitable answer. The partnership with Boltrics should fill that gap.

Future-proof solution

"In Spain too, we see an increasing need for a future-proof solution," says Jan-Cornell van Ektris, commercial director at Boltrics.

"After all, many logistics service providers still often appear to support their business-critical processes with an outdated software package. However, their customers are already much further along in terms of IT innovations and expect to be supported in the same way, with all the technical limitations and consequences this entails. This puts logistics service providers in a dilemma. Thanks to the cooperation with Sofkia, we can offer the Spanish market - and possibly eventually South America - a better alternative with our industry solution."
